This week I started routing the arcade machine that I have spent the last few weeks designing in Fusion. With the help of Milo Austin, a classmate of mine, and Mr. L, one of my shop teachers, I was able to start learning how to use the router and make stuff. After school on Monday, I picked up the wood I am using from Home Depot. Also on Monday, I started modeling a nut in Fusion for some of the buttons that are missing that piece. I finished doing that on Monday, since I happen to be really good at CAD, apparently. Then, I ordered the remaining buttons I will need online, and they are supposed to be delivered by this time next week. On Tuesday and Thursday, I was in the machine shop using the router. I wasn't in school on Wednesday, so I wasn't able to get any work done that day. I toured Emerson College which was pretty cool, though. However, I did accomplish a lot in the short week, and I was able to start routing which is a good thing in my opinion.
