This week I started making the arcade machine for my arcade machine project in CAD. This was especially difficult because I don't yet know the dimensions of the monitor that I am going to be using for the arcade machine at this point in the project. Because of this inconvenience, I had to make parameters that change the size and angles of some of the parts of the box, based on what values I use for the dimensions of the monitor. In the video below, I can change the parameters, and the arcade machine will be adjusted accordingly. This was very tough, because I had to make parameters for the angles in the arcade machine, that would be adjusted when the dimensions of the arcade machine box are adjusted. Using geometry, more specifically, trigonometry, I was able to calculate what these values would be relative to the dimensions of the monitor, and the dimensions of the different parts of the arcade machine. Also, in the picture below, you can see that all my sketches are constrained, showing my skill in CAD.
Also, I fixed a bug in the game's code where the scores for the opponent AI players in the Co-Op mode wouldn't reset at the end of each game. I fixed this by resetting their score keepers when the game starts, and it isn't overtime.
