This week I continued working on my safe project. Firstly, my week was cut short because there was no school on Monday. So, on Tuesday, the first thing I did was finishing making the wall brackets in CAD. Then, on Tuesday, I began 3D printing them. However, I had to reprint them on Wednesday, because on Tuesday my print failed. I also had to change up the design a little bit. So, on Wednesday, I finished 3D printing them, but I might still have to modify the design and reprint them later. The CAD for the brackets can be seen in the first picture below, and the finished brackets can be seen in the second and third picture below.

Then, I started using the water jet to cut out pieces of my safe. On Thursday, I cut out the front side of the safe, which can be seen in the fourth picture below. However, the water-jet was acting weird, and the cut wasn't as precise as I hoped. Therefore, Mr. Christy, one of my shop teachers, recommended that I'd make it out of sheet metal instead and fold it instead. For me to do this, I'd have to do a lot of work in CAD, but I think it would be worth it if I could make it easier in the end.
